Очень понравился отель, чисто, уютно, комфортно, Wi-Fi нормальный. Завтрак хороший, ресторан при отеле готовит вкусно, разнообразная кухня. Тихий семейный отель. Из минусов отель немного староват, но при этом очень чисто, на завтраках не было зелени, но это не критично. Персонажи превзошел все ожидания, очень вежливый, просто супер.

Awesome Stay, clean room, clean food and specially clean pool. The pool attached to cafeteria was the best part. Only issue I found is the parking, they don't have parking space. But they do manage it with keeping our key with them (which personally I don't like).
We went on Sep last and the season was not at peak, so the beach near by was dead at night.
Other important thing to be taken cared by guys who book online: Executive Deluxe rooms are different where from old photos you can see that its the room along with small pool. So always better to go with Super Deluxe rooms which are large-pool facing.
For me even though I booked executive deluxe rooms, the hotel management provided me semi-Super delux rooms, Thanks alot.

Really a very nice resort in Calangute north goa. I visited this resort in Feb 2020 with my wife and 2 year son. Property is beautiful and well maintained. There are two swimming pools one in oval shape and another one rectangular. Resort staff is very nice and courteous. Also restaurant food was too good. You do not have to go out for dinner. You can enjoy your dinner beside oval shape swimming pool. On weekends you can also enjoy live music show. Best part is that Calangute beach is just walking distance away from resort. I used to go to the beach at night and enjoy there till mid night by sitting on shacks. You can also ask staff to arrange scooter or car on rent. Overall good resort. I will love to visit this resort again when i will go Goa

I Recently stayed at the Resort Terra Paraiso , and must say that , experience was truly outstanding, the service , hospitality & ambiance are top-notch, the staff are very cool & polite, check in & checkout process are very smooth, room service are nice,
Food Also super, quantity is more, we had a good breakfast also, need more south Indian Food in veg section,
There was an life guard at swimming fool for u & ur children safety ,
Beach is very close, there was full time security at both the gate, safest place to stay with family & solo travelers
While booking they have asked , how many day's ur staying , we have 2 days plan , unfortunately I didn't get 2nd day room here,
Sure I will recommend this property & I will stay here in my next visit,

I recently had a fantastic experience at this property in the Calangute area of North Goa. The location was very convenient, with everything easily accessible. The staff was attentive and provided great service, and the private car and bike rental services were affordable.
But the real highlight of my stay was the restaurant. The ambience was amazing, and the food was top-class. I tried several dishes, and they were all delicious - I can definitely recommend this restaurant. The pricing was also reasonable, which was a plus.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a chill and relaxed vacation with great food. The combination of convenient location, attentive staff, and excellent restaurant make it a fantastic choice for a Goa getaway.

Resort Terra Paraiso is highly recommended. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-3-minute walk to the heart of Calangute Beach, yet the resort is tucked away, offering a quiet, peaceful vibe.
The property is beautiful, with a picturesque, well-maintained swimming pool that’s perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.
The staff deserve special mention for being attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of tasty options, both Indian and continental.
It’s truly a hidden gem in North Goa, offering great value for money. Cottage by the sea is highly recommended.

I booked a Deluxe room for one night.
The room was really beautiful with a great view towards nature. Bed is comfy, bathroom is wide and there was 2 balconies with 2 seats each.
Staff is kind, polite and joyful. Security guards also.
I wanted to extend for a one complimentary night but the resort was fully booked, so it shows how much the place is appreciated. Food and drinks at the restaurant are really savory, I had a great time and the waiter was nice.
Price is really affordable (49€ via Booking.com) compared to other places in the city with less accomodation.
I travelled alone but there were a lot of couples and families staying there so it is child friendly resort with a good noise cancellation system.
I enjoyed the time by the poolside (hotel has 2 pools) after checking out as my flight was later in the evening.

I had a wonderful stay at Resort Terra Paraiso! The location is perfect — just a short walk to Calangute Beach, yet peaceful inside the property. The resort has a lovely Portuguese-style charm, with greenery all around and two beautiful swimming pools to relax by.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options and good quality food.
Overall, it’s a great value for money. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere, I’d highly recommend Resort Terra Paraiso. I’d love to come back again!

We went to goa with our family for 2 days and had a stay in this resort. We had an awesome stay. Their check in time is 2 pm and hardly can get any room early check in and should be ready to wait if u reach their early.
In swimming pool if u want to use it then if is mandatory to carry swimming costume or nylon/polyester clothes as cotton clothes aren't allowed.
Breakfast had extensive choices,
South Indian was not upto the mark
Very near to Calangute beach , which is walking 10 mins and hence we could enjoy it early morning as well.
Nearby restaurants if u want to go walking I about 15 minutes as the resort is located very inside frm the main road.
Can consider as an option to stay wen in goa

The Terrace Paradise was fabulous the rooms were clean and spacious the pool was cleaned daily and with stools so that you could sit have drinks. The staff were attentive and friendly. On the negative side there were sometimes trainees in the restaurant who couldn't understand your order and so it was hit and miss what you got however all the food was fabulous and I ate everything apart from 1 meal and that was my fault as I didn't read the description and it was too hot and spicy. The staff were so upset and offered me alternatives and sent the manager out to apologise. Perhaps also the grouting in the pool could do with an update. All in all a fabulous hotel which I would definately stay in should I return to Goa.

Just great place for any family to stay in Goa.
At first by the look of outside just before entering the resort, you might not have an impression of how the inside looks. Kind of a vintage building, but inside there are two huge swimming pools with a dedicated swimming area for kids.
The rooms are very good and maintained well. The Gym, spa and lobby areas are nice.
The food is also good - be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Verry much walkable to Calangute beach (2-3 mins). You just get a feel of fresh air when you take a stroll in the mornings outside the resort or while walking to the beach in the cold and moist sand. Definitely a feel-good moment.
Would definitely recommend staying in this resort.

Stay here was excellent. Rooms are clean, well maintained and ambience is good. Wifi is available in rooms only. All rooms are pool facing so all rooms are good. U can enjoy drinks while in pool. Food taste is good. Restaurent does not have AC So u can eat dinner and breakfast at restaurent only as it becomes too hot in afternoon. Order luch in room only. Beach is walkaway distance only. 24 hours reception n restaurent service is quite good. If u want to shop n eat food outside, Though mainroad is only 500 meters away but no good market and good food is available there. You can enjoy food n drinks on Beach shacks. Main market u have to go by taxi or rented vhicle. Lot many 2 wheelers are available for rent jst outside hotel. if u r going by your own car then parking is on road only but its safe with no issues.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Resort Terra Paraiso from 31 January 2026 to 3 February 2026. We booked two spacious and well-maintained rooms, which were perfect for our family. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread with plenty of variety. Even though the official check-in time is 2 PM, the staff kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The resort is within walking distance of Calangute Beach, making the location very convenient. As we were travelling with kids and infants, the supportive and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Great service. Great rooms, especially the shower. Mini bar exceptional prices. Pool lovely and well kept. Restaurant food and drinks lovely, buffet breakfast amazing lots of choice. Great spa facilities with hairdressers and gym room complete with free weights,a bench, and running/CrossFit machines. 15 mins walk from main Calangute beach, approx 40 mins walk from Baga beach (the best beach for nightlife and activities like watersports). However, one negative is that the hotel is slightly secluded and just over 5 mins walk to the main road where shops/restaurants/cash machines are (but this could be a positive for you as very quiet). Not close to any public transport so you will need to use taxis (expensive in Goa, but always on hand outside hotel) or rent a bike if travelling long distances. I would recommend this resort and definitely stay again :-)

Loved this Resort a lot, best place in Goa to stay with Family. Its "family" only resort. No groups, stags are allowed to stay at resort. Location is superb, just around 100 steps far from Famous Calngut beach.
Rooms are very spacious, nd luxurious. Entrance lobby is very soothing. Staff is very helpful nd always smiling. Room service is very quick.
It has In house Bar nd Restaurant "Blue Bristo", which is just besides the pool, has variety or delicious nd tasty food, has complimentary breakfast which is really nice with south indian, north indian nd continental food. Restaurant staff is very helpful, always there for ur help. Staff is very friendly with kids.
Pool is very clean nd maintained, you are allowed to use it till 10pm. It has bar by the pool which is very relaxing.
Over all stay was awesome. If you are planning Goa with Family, u must try Resort Terra Paraiso..

Good behaviour of staff and owner, uncle and Stanley are very polite and helpful, my train reached before so they allow us for early checkin and they provided us clock room too for lagege for late departure and all 4 days one person came for cleaning the rooms, and purify water is available free of cost.
Stanley also helped me for scooty arrangments and they also arranged pickup and drop facility for us. They run also a good restraunt just 300 metre from o Cecelia guest house named "BLUE SAND BEACH CAFE" where good food and drinks also available.
Over all good experience in first time goa visit.

This is a really good resort for family, bachelors or couples. The staffs were responsive and polite. They were really helpful when we wanted room service or anything. The housekeeping response was withing a minute or two.
The bathrooms were well maintained with different kinds of shower system, it was quite a luxury.
It was such a peaceful stay for three days in a row.
They have have two swimming pools, which has a really good and clear water. And the continental breakfast was so good, it literally had everything and you can literally eat all you want. The scrambled eggs were so damn good.
Overall it was a peaceful and wonderful stay.
